  • The Accompanying Person registration provides morning and afternoon teas/coffees, lunch each day and entry to the drinks reception.
  • It does not allow entry to any conference sessions or talks, or a published paper, or a set of proceedings, or the conference Gala Dinner.
  • Under no circumstances may authors or co-authors of conference papers register as accompanying persons.
Accompanying Person Charge (No Gala Dinner Ticket): 75 EUR

Invited Sessions Chairs Registration

Where an invited session attracts 5 or more paid registrations (excluding the IS chair themself), if all 5 authors plus the IS chair register, pay, attend the conference and present at the session, the IS chair may claim free registration at the next conference during the subsequent year. For example, a chair who gets 5 paid registrations in addition to their own at the SEB-17 conference can claim free registration at the SEB-18 conference.

The registrations must be full or student registrations, not additional papers or free registrations awarded for other reasons.
